PPC STIP STRUCTURE AND TEAM

PPC Stip is established on Founding Assembly held on November 26, 2004. This association of citizens is formally registered in the Basic Court in Stip on December 08, 2004. Organizations' founders are:

- Alexandra Bojadzieva

- Katerina Milenkova

- Dragan Trajcev

- Dimitar Malinov

- Trajce Torov

ORGANIZATIONAL DIAGRAM

CITIZENS The programs of PPC Stip are based on the citizens' needs, particularily marginalized groups. The programs of PPC Stip are aimed for the benefit of the citizens. Citizens (particularly the target group) are included in the defining of the priorities, planning and realization of the programs, as well as in the evaluation of the achievement and future initiatives proposing.

	PPC STIP ASSEMBLY Consisted of all the members of PPC Stip. Decides on the overall and general directions of work of PPC Stip.

		PPC STIP EXECUTIVE BOARD Consisted of 3 members elected by the Assembly. Based on the Assembly's decisions develops detailed plans for work and brings current working decisions.

		PPC STIP PROGRAMS Professionally employed and activists. They are realizing the programs for the benefit of the citizens.
		Economy Coordinator Assistant	Democracy Coordinator 2 volunteers	Ecology Coordinator 2 volunteers

The membership is diverse in terms of education, profession, etc.

8 of the members are active, which means that besides they are regularly attending meetings and participating in the decision making, they are also actively working on planning and realization of the activities. The rest of the membership is passive, i.e. they participate in the decision making for the general direction of the work and are attending most important meetings of the organization.

The Executive Board of PPC Stip is consisted of 3 members:

Alexandra Bojadzieva - female, 28, graduated electro-technical engineer

Katerina Milenkova - female, 30, graduated lawyer

Dragan Trajcev - male, 32, graduated historian

The personnel for the programs is:

- Economy Program

o Katerina Milenkova, Coordinator - part-time employed

o Julijana Markova, Assistant - part-time contractor

- Democracy Program

o Alexandra Bojadzieva, Coordinator - part-time volunteer

o Julijana Milanova, Assistant - part-time volunteer

o Dragica Karsova, Assistant- part-time volunteer

- Ecology Program

o Dimitar Malinov, Coordinator - part-time volunteer

o Ljiljana Nedelkovska, Assistant- part-time volunteer

Besides this, two volunteers are regularly visiting the organization for 10 hours per week and they are contributing to the work of PPC Stip.
