Mission of the Permaculture and Peacebuilding Centre:

The mission of the Permaculture and Peacebuilding Centre is the mission of the branch office of this organization in Stip. For achievement of the mission of the Permaculture and Peacebuilding Centre - branch office Stip the organization works on three programs:

1. Economy

2. Ecology

3. Democracy

Each of the programs of PPC Stip is realized within PPC Stip and is mutual correlation with all the other programs. Each program has Program Coordinator that is responsible for the realization of the program. In the framework of each program the program is design in details and basic documents, resources and directions of work are created. Each program is also building its own structure for realization. The programs are mutually coordinated through the work of the Executive Body of PPC Stip.

HOW WAS IT ESTABLISHED

After a period of two years active work and cooperation the founders of PPC Stip decided to establish new organization that will cover the areas of work that were missing from the NGO sector in Stip and wider, as economy, ecology and democracy. We joint the capacities of each individual member and we committed to work on these areas in transparent and accountable way. From then on we realize activities directly aimed for the benefit of the community that result in societal changes. After the period of planning PPC Stip was formally registered as an association of citizens on December 08, 2004 in the Basic Court in Stip, Macedonia.

STATUTORY PROVISIONS

Permaculture and Peacebuilding Centre – Shtip, short name- PPC Shtip, from Shtip is a non profit, non government and no political association of citizens, found with citizen's free will to associate, to realized activities for achieving common goal: Care for people-care for earth.

The seat of PPC Shtip is in Shtip, Hristijan Karposh 43 Republic of Macedonia.

PPC Shtip is organized to work in Shtip and in east region of Macedonia.

The citizens associates PPC Shtip for realizing wider common interest and as special aims and objectives determine follow:

§         Democracy development and democratic processes

§         Making conditions for economic development with special focus on informal economy,

§         Development of ecologic conscious of citizens for cleaner and healthier living environment

The bodies of PPC Shtip are:

1.       Assembly

2.       Executive Board.

The President of the Assembly is going to represent PPC Shtip; meanwhile he is a President of the Executive Board and the President of PPC Shtip, too.

The PPC Shtip work is public.
